Supervised Parenting Time

This service ensures a safe and structured visit for children and their parents or significant adults when there are concerns about safety or the ability of the adults to provide appropriate parenting. We offer neutral and independent observation of the visit, documenting all activities without evaluation or opinion. We provide services at home, in the community, or in other neutral settings. Our services are flexible, available seven days a week, and observation reports are available upon request.

Supervised Virtual Parenting Time

Facilitated through Zoom, this service allows for virtual visits when in-person supervision isn’t possible. We take precautions to ensure secure, confidential visits but remind parents that there are inherent risks with technology. At the start of each session, the Supervisor will perform a visual tour of the space to ensure it is appropriate. Children under 5 must use Supervised Virtual Parenting Time. The residing parent sets up the space for the visit and leaves the children in the room, ensuring that the conditions are suitable for the virtual session. This service is available for children over the age of 5.

High Conflict Supervised Parenting Time

These visits are for situations where one or both parents may exhibit aggressive behavior or have a history of non-compliance with court orders. Additional supervision is required in these cases due to the potential for escalations. This service comes with an increased fee due to the heightened need for supervision.
